Attached is a display of stamps issued in Burma during the Japanese occupation.

 

I have also included copies of two envelopes sent to my Dad in Burma 1944, where he was imprisoned by the Japanese.  It’s interesting to note that one went from India to Japan and from there to Burma.  It shows the type of stamps in use at that time.
